Spring has sprung...finally!!

When we visited my mom the other day, they were setting up for the afternoon worship service so we joined. They sang hymns that she knew and - after I shouted in her ear what the music was - she sang right along, remembering all the words - not bad for ninety-seven and a half years! After a short Bible study they celebrated the Lord's supper and we all took part. What a special time together!
No more big chocolate eggs to celebrate so we settle for little chocolate bunnies now.
Spring is finally here, and the weather is finally warming up. After so many years of not experiencing the change of seasons, we are really enjoying the new life coming out of the cold ground. We have season passes to Meijer gardens and are putting them to use already.

We even got in one last time on the last day of the butterflies exhibit.

While wandering around the gardens, Sue found her favorite - dragons! We have new goslings that walk across our front yard each day. The babies still cute and fluffy, but the mom and dad are very protective, and no one gets too close.

Enjoying the new life around us!
