Touring Temecula

We've had time during the days to explore around and get to know the Temecula Valley. The nicest part is the weather and that we can go out in shorts and flipflops in February!
We've been able to go up into the mountains and get a great view of the valley from both the west and east side.
Temecula has an old town area as it was started as a trading post and stagecoach stop.
We've even tried some of the local cuisine. There are plenty of antique shops around too.The area is more recently known for its vineyards and hot air ballooning. And each year there is a mystery week because Earle Stanley Gardner, author of Perry Mason, lived here.
