If the world were perfect, it wouldn't be!

We’ve spent the past six days without internet service. And then, as I am writing this, I held a key too long and something called sticky keys came on to annoy me. I have no idea what the value in having sticky keys would be, and it isn’t a perfect world so one learns to work with or around things like that. Of course, it’s probably good for me, but it is amazing how we’ve become so used to some things. And with patience and help we have our internet back.
Life here is centered around church once again. Monday, we had leadership planning meetings that went for about five hours. Tuesday is prayer meeting. Wednesday, I did a lot of odd jobs while waiting for workers once again.
Thursday was more fun as we had a dinner for the winners of memory verses contest; although not everyone could come, the group was made up mostly our present fall small group.

Friday night was a prayer vigil for an evangelistic campaign that will be held starting in October.

Saturday, I was at church much of the day while workers spent time trying to install a new monitoring system. That evening we started a new study with the teens, and then they had to do some activities in groups of three with their wrists tied together. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera that night because the last thing they had to do tied together was a somersault which got everyone laughing and would have been some great shots! Sunday, we started a new series, and had a good group of people out.
This new week’s started with an early morning pastors’ meeting. In a perfect world there would be no early morning meetings or for that matter no early mornings! But what ya gonna do? Now here's a little guy that can put a smile on your face!
